Buchungsrichtlinien

Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die künstlerische und beratende Tätigkeit als Modestylistin und Art Directorin der Künstlerin im Rahmen von Foto- und Filmproduktionen so wie Veranstaltungen und Beratungsgesprächen.

Die zwischen AuftraggeberIn und Künstlerin vereinbarte Tagesgage beläuft sich auf eine Arbeitszeit von 10 Stunden. Bei Überschreitung der Arbeitszeit wird jede weitere Stunde mit folgenden Zuschlägen berechnet 11. und 12. Stunde +25%, 13. und 14. Stunde +50% und ab der 15. Stunde +100%.

Pauschalhonorare müssen ausdrücklich schriftlich vereinbart werden.

An Reisetagen wird ein Honorar von 50% der Tagesgage fällig.

Vergebene Optionen verlieren Ihre Gültigkeit bei zustandekommen einer verbindlichen Buchung durch dritte AuftraggeberInnen, sollte nach Rückfrage bei der AuftraggeberIn keine verbindliche Buchung zustande kommen.

Bei nicht zustandekommen eines Auftrags nach einer verbindlichen Buchung, fällt bei kurzfristiger Absage (weniger als 7 Tage vor Produktionsbeginn) eine Ausfallgage von mindestens 50% an. Bei einer Absage die weniger als 48 Stunden vor Produktionsbeginn erteilt wird, wird die gesamte Gage fällig.

Die AuftraggeberIn verpflichtet sich der Künstlerin das Recht einzuräumen, die in der Zusammenarbeit entstandenen Werke (Filme, Fotografien oder Abzüge und Kopien davon) der Künstlerin zu Zwecken der Eigenwerbung sowohl digital, auf social media Plattformen sowie analog zu veröffentlichen oder als Arbeitsprobe zu nutzen. Des weiteren hat die Künstlerin Anspruch darauf bei Veröffentlichung ihres Werkes als Urheberin genannt zu werden.

Von der Künstlerin zur Verfügung gestellte Arbeitsproben sowie Moodboards dürfen nicht vervielfältigt oder an Dritte weitergereicht werden.

Das Einholen von Veröffentlichungsrechten bei Fremdfirmen für jegliche zur Publikation vorgesehenen Markenprodukte obliegt der AuftraggeberIn/ der KundIn

Booking Policy

The subject of the contract is the artistic and advisory activity as a fashion stylist and art director of the artist in the context of photo and film productions as well as events and consultations.

The daily fee agreed between the client and the artist amounts to a working time of 10 hours. If working hours are exceeded, each additional hour will be charged with the following surcharges: 11th and 12th hour + 25%, 13th and 14th hour + 50% and from the 15th hour + 100%.

Flat-rate fees must be expressly agreed in writing.

On travel days, a fee of 50% of the daily fee is due.

Allocated options lose their validity if a binding booking is made by a third party, if no binding booking is made after consulting the client.

If an order does not come about after a binding booking, a cancellation fee of at least 50% is incurred in the event of short-term cancellation (less than 7 days before the start of production). If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start of production, the entire fee is due.

The client undertakes to grant the artist the right to publish the works (films, photographs or prints and copies thereof) created in the collaboration by the artist digitally, on social media platforms as well as analog or to use them as work samples for self-promotion purposes. Furthermore, the artist has the right to be named as the author when her work is published.

Work samples and mood boards provided by the artist may not be reproduced or passed on to third parties.

Obtaining publication rights from external companies for any branded products intended for publication is the responsibility of the client
